What we collect
- Account: email, display name, and profile photo via secure authentication.
- Workspace data: teams, surveys, assignments, and responses you create or upload.
- Device and usage: basic app diagnostics to improve reliability.
- Location: only when you enable location-required survey questions; stored with the related response.
How we use data
- Authenticate you and keep sessions active.
- Power workspace features like team membership, survey assignment, and report generation.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Service providers handle authentication, storage, and hosting so the app stays reliable.
Retention and deletion
We keep workspace data while your account remains active. You can request deletion of your account and related data at any time.
Your choices
- Update your profile in-app.
- Disable location collection by skipping location-required questions (those submissions will remain incomplete).
- Request account deletion via the contact page or hello@liveratech.com.
